TERTIARY CRUSHERS

Tertiary (Sand Machine) Crushers
Tertiary crushers are generally used for crushing thin materials. The material given to the machine is crushed first with the impact of the hammers, then it is sent to the impact plates on the adjustable swings at high speed, and the second crushing process takes place there, whereby the material is highly thinned. The cubic ratio is also high.

Tertiary Crushers (Fine sand machines)
Fine sand machines are used for crushing very fine material. The material fed to the high-speed machine is crushed by the impact of the hammers, and then sent to the impact plates on the adjustable swings at high speed, where the second crushing process takes place, thereby thinning the material at a high rate. Since crushing is achieved by impact, the cubicity ratio is also high. Their wearing parts are designed to give high performance. Thanks to the special design of the impact wedges and their placements, the high sand ratio and the low powder ratio are obtained. These crushers are generally used to obtain 0-1 or 0-2 mm from 0-5 materials and/or 0-5 mm from 5-12 mm materials.
