DEWATERERS

Screw Dewaterer
It is generally used for cleaning the dirt such as clay, mud, etc. in 0-5 mm natural sand obtained by washing screen unit from stream beds and dewatering the material. By using single row or double row augers, the material is transported upwards on the inclined surface, towards the end of which the material is purified from water. The clay is thrown out with the overflow of the water coming to the chamber at the back.

Bucket Dewaterers
It is generally used for cleaning the dirt such as clay, mud, etc. in 0-5 mm natural sand obtained by washing screen unit from stream beds and dewatering the material. By using single row or double buckets, the material is transported upwards on the inclined surface, towards the end of which the material is purified from water. The clay is thrown out with the overflow of the water coming to the chamber at the back.

Washing Screens
Washing screens are low inclined and the material is washed (separation of clays) with the water supplied from the top and intermediate floors. Generally the lower layer material is given to another washer together with the washing sieves. Here the main material is dewatered while the clay separated from the sieve is discarded. Normal sieve wire can be used in the washing sieves. They can also be used as polyurethane in abrasive materials. Other types of screen wire are also used depending on the situation.

Compact sand washing systems
The main components of the system are bucket dewaterer, cyclone and dewatering sieve. The fact that the use of clean sand in concrete production saves the amount of cement is the reason why ready-mixed concrete manufacturers prefer washed natural sand and stone sand. The compact sand washing system eliminates the loss of valuable materials going to the settling ponds or the water treatment stage. We push the assumptions to the limit to deliver greater performance and efficiency in washing
